Just by MIND power and how to use it, the subconscious mind is the main reason for all the failures, it accepts what you say  example if you say I am not strong  it takes as it is . If u say that i cant do this, you cant do that for ever, if you say that my head is paining your head stars paining, this is the greatness of your subconscious mind, this is the NEGATIVE SIDE of it.. It can be used in other way..  suppose you want to get some thing, that is not possible for you, let us suppose you afraid of attending interview you give suggestions to your mind that you can get the job, imagine and say to your mind that you are attending interview and getting  job, repeat it twice a day till your subconscious mind feels that you deserve to get the job. This is proved by so many scientist. Great football players before playing the match they give suggestion to their mind  that they are playing the match. In this way you train your subconscious mind and get success in every walk of life. All the best good luck


Holiday is not good for mind

Habit means something unconscious has become a dominating factor in your life

Life is continuously changing, it is a flux and habits are stagnant. The more you are surrounded by habits, the more you are closed to life. You are not open, you don’t have windows. You don’t have any communication with life, you go on repeating your habits. They don’t fit; they are not the right response to the situation, to the moment. They are always lagging behind, they are always falling short. That’s the failure of your life.

All Habits are Bad

So remember: I am against all kinds of habits. Good or bad is not the point. There is no good habits as such, there is not bad habit as such. Habits are all bad because habits means something unconscious has become a dominating factor in your life, has response is not coming out of awareness but out of a pattern, structure, that you have learned in the past.

Why are rich people miserly?

I have seen many rich people living very poor lives. Before they become rich their habits became settled — and their habits became settled when they were poor. That’s why you find so much miserliness in rich people; it omes from the habits that became ingrained in them when they were poor.

Meditation is a holiday from mind

Otherwise all holidays are false because the mind goes on running. In fact on holidays, it is more crazy because it has all the spce, all the time, to go as insane as possible. On holidays more people go insane, more people commit suicide, more people murder. There are more accidents on holidays, of course, because everybody has space and time and somebody is bound to get into trouble. I emphasise the quality of playfulness, the quality that can enjoy and be, and is not worried about results.

If there is no work?

It is good that people are continuously engaged in routine work. The greatest problem that the future humanity is going to face is when machines take all the work over and man has seven days holidays per week; then the real trouble will arise. Then you will see everybody going berserk; people will not know what to do. And they will do all kinds of things because the mind is always there racing, running, becoming more and more speedy. Mind is a pollution, a contamination, it is a poisoning process. When the mind is put aside you are your natural self, your spontaneity is there. You have to clarity, perspective, vision. When this whole functioning of the mind ceases there is silence.
