It might not seem logical, but a web site that’s well-written for human consumption with a little SEO help usually is also well-received by the robots of search engines like Google and Yahoo.
So, what does “well-written” mean? Here are some tips to good SEO copy writing for Google, Yahoo and site visitors.

Keyword Research: This topic deserves a whole article on its own, but suffice to say that you’ll want to base your site content on the keyword terms that you know are most popular among the audience you’re trying to reach. There are online tools available that can help you determine the right keywords for your company. Among them are WordTracker and Keyword Discovery.
One topic per page: If your company makes 5 different products, you’ll need to devote at least one page per topic.
Details, details: Each topic should be covered in enough detail that the site visitor can determine whether to contact you for more information. From an SEO standpoint, the more detail you provide on each topic, the more easily the search engines will be able to determine the relevance of your site to that keyword.
Kill the sales brochure: Internet users don’t appreciate going to your web to find only a sales brochure. Avoid flowery language; it usually signifies a page that’s light on content and heavy on sales pitch, which the search engines won’t rank well. Good SEO copywriting will focus on objective facts about your company’s products and services, with a call-to-action for more information.
Create a content hierarchy: The more detail, the better, but be considerate of your site visitors’ time. Good SEO copywriting separates content into multiple pages and creates a hierarchy for your pages with most important information first, least important last. The most important pages you’ll want on your navigation bar, with lesser pages linking off those. Make sure you include a site map, though, that lists all your web site’s pages.
Keyword Density: In order for search engines to be able to rank your pages for a particular keyword, that keyword has to be used on your page. At the same time, the more often you use it, the more relevant the page will seem. ONE CAVEAT: Don’t go overboard. Writing should sound natural to the human visitors you’re trying to reach. Search engines can penalize you for “overoptimizing” by using the keyword too often ( known as keyword stuffing or spamming ).

Search engines have become more sophisticated in being able to index varying file types. PDFs work fine for information that site visitors might want to print out and keep. But, if you use PDFs, make sure they open in a separate browser. Also, add a link to your home page somewhere on each PDF; otherwise, site visitors that enter your site from a search engine via the PDF won’t have navigation to take them to the rest of your site.

Once your content is written, it’s time to place it on the page. Here are some additional details you’ll need to be concerned with to complete the SEO copywriting process:
Title tags: Make sure each page title tag is unique and complements the content of that page. For instance, if your page is about “blue suede shoes”, then your title tag might be “Blue Suede Shoes | ABC Company”
Description tags: Likewise, you’ll want each page description tag to be unique and complementary to the page it describes. This is the information that many of the search engines use to display a description of your page.
Keyword tags: Most search engines have de-emphasized use of the keyword tag, but we feel it’s a useful tool to help you organize your site content. If you followed the advice above regarding one topic per page, then your keyword tag would be pretty short and limited to that topic. It’ll probably have more than one term in it as there might be multiple ways to describe the topic, but this is a good check that you’re in the process of writing a well-optimized page.
Alt tags: You can use the meta alt tag to help search engines interpret what your nav buttons and images are about. Search engines can’t “see” images, so unless you specifically tell them, that information will be ignored. If you have a picture of blue suede shoes, use the Alt tag to label it as “blue suede shoes.”
Internal linking: Build your keyword phrases into the links on your pages that are used to navigate from page to page. For instance, a call to action might be “Contact ABC Company for more information about our blue suede shoes,” with the phrase “more information about our blue suede shoes” as the link. Avoid using “click here” as the link.

Beware of this Fraud Companies
Dear Friends,
Do not join in Hyderabad Based Company which is in Tarnaka. Company name is Solix technologies, Digiprise Technologies, Siti Technologies. They have one more office in Somajiuda. They do not have money to pay for the salaries. They take the freshers and the seniors for low cost and take the bond for 2 years and take the original certificates. The bond amount is 2 lakhs. They wont pay salaries in time, They wont give salary hikes and they will make you break the bond and will collect 2lakhs from you by quoting that they will send you the court notice and they wont give the relieving letter and they wont give proper references also. All the people who are working there are on bond.
For freshers they are paying only 5000/- and after some months they wont even pay that and company will make them break the bond. The recruitment team tell the stories to new joiners before joining and will make them join, from there HR Director comes in to picture, initially they will be nice after 15 days, then they will force you to sign the bond, in case if you can not sign the bond, they wont pay you the salary and will make you leave that company, by that time you wont find any jobs and will come back to road, most of this company people faced this, including senior profile people. They will ask the people to get the bond signed by the candidate’s father, in case if the candidate breaks the bond, this company HR director is relative to CEO, she do not know anything, she threatens to file a case in court. She does not even fit for the clerk position. She do not know how to talk, she only knows how to make people break the bond and collect the money. This company has plans to get the people from Delhi, Banglore, Pune, Calcutta, because the innocent people from those cities wont know about these companies. Please save them from these.
They ask the girls who work for them not to marry during the bond period, if the girls marry in that band period and if they want to move to another town along with their husband, they will threaten the girl and will take the bond amount and they wont pay the girls pending salary too. For the employee induction program normally all companies sponsor lunch, but this company gives you half pizza for the new employee and tell you that they do not have budget for that, they wont even sponsor soft drinks even for the induction program. The toilets inside the company are worse, you can not even go inside.
The coffee machines are too old and you will find the Cacroches at the coffee wending machine and you will find the oldest cups with no handles to hold, you need to use them for coffee, there wont be mineral water to drink, you will find normal tap water to drink. Please do not spoil your career by joining in these companies. If you feel that i am giving you the bad picture about these companies talk to the old employee who worked there before. The senior people who are working there for long time are the relatives to the CEO. In case if you join in these companies, you will face the problems. All the best. Habit means something unconscious has become a dominating factor in your life
Life is continuously changing, it is a flux and habits are stagnant. The more you are surrounded by habits, the more you are closed to life. You are not open, you don’t have windows. You don’t have any communication with life, you go on repeating your habits. They don’t fit; they are not the right response to the situation, to the moment. They are always lagging behind, they are always falling short. That’s the failure of your life.
All Habits are Bad
So remember: I am against all kinds of habits. Good or bad is not the point. There is no good habits as such, there is not bad habit as such. Habits are all bad because habits means something unconscious has become a dominating factor in your life, has response is not coming out of awareness but out of a pattern, structure, that you have learned in the past.

Warm up with a hot pot dinner
Most Asian cultures have a unique style of partaking of a leisurely meal, where in a cauldron of boiling stock, prepared as per the region’s tradition, sliced meats, sea food and vegetables are simmered at the table during the meal with an assortment of dipping sauces. Noodles are added to enhance the body of the meal. the meal ends with the consumption of the remaining flavorsome and aromatic liquor.
A hot pot consists of three main parts:
1. The stock: Which could be either chicken, mutton or even vegetarian. It could also range from a very mildly flavoured ( like the korean Haemul Joengol ) to the fiery Sichuan Huo Gou. The stock is flavoured with cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, star anise and given a tempering of ginger, garlic, chilli bean and chilli paste if required to be spicy.
2. The meats and vegetables : almost any meat or vegetables can go into a hot pot but ideally the vegetables should not be of the type that disintegrate easily and the meats should be thinly sliced for easy cooking.
3. Noodles and sauces : a ny type of noodle ranging from the regular egg noodle to the cellophene noodle, Japanese Udon to Soba can be used for a hot pot. It is usally pre-bolied and added to the stock just before serving. The sauces complimenting the hot pot are a seseame sauce ( can be proprietary ), minced garlic in sesame oil, a soya sauce and chilli sauce.
A hot pot can therefore be made in any ordinary kitchen with the help of these few things and heart for cooking.
Don’t be too nice at workplace
Would it be a negative or positive comment if you were reffered to as a “very nice person?” Surprisingly, in most workplaces it would have a negative meaning.
This does not imply that you have to be rude to people you meet just in order to make a positive impact! All it means is that you must not be a pushover. For Example, if you are negotiating a deal and add you stick to your stand, you may not come across as a very nice person to the party on the other side of the table, but this is okay as it means that you are getting the best possible deal for yourself. And ultimately this is what matters.
Sometimes it is just fine not being too nice in order to succeed. Remember not everybody has to like you at the workplace. So you should not worry. Think about it, if you end up doing things to make people happy just beacause they will end up liking you, you run the risk of being taken advantage of.
So, just be youself and get the respect you deserve. the more outgoing and independent you are, the more you will be noticed and the more business opportunities will present themselves. Take your own decisions and don’t be persuaded otherwise.
Of course it is to be expected that sometimes you will be cheated or otherwise taken advantage of. In such situations it is fine to be angry and to express you anger.
If you are working in a team and if one of the members of the team has fouled up a transcation, it is fine to be angry. Instead of trying to be nice all the time, show them you are the boss. you may even need to fire someone, which does not feel nice, but if the employee is not doing well, you are not doing him or her any favours keeping him/her around.
Ultimately when being too nice damages your profile and competence at the workplace it is time to unsheathe your claws!
